His story
Bossier City born. Family tradition carried forward
Dr. Chris Hooper was born and raised in Bossier City, Louisiana, and graduated from Airline High School in 2006. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana Tech University in 2010, graduating magna cum laude.
He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2014. After graduation, he joined his father's long-standing dental practice and now continues the family legacy of providing high-quality dental care to Northwest Louisiana.
He takes the time to walk you through your options without the dental jargon, never pushes treatment you don't need, and remembers the little things — your kids' names, your fear of the drill, the game you've got tickets to this weekend.
Dr. Hooper is dedicated to building lasting patient relationships and treating each individual with honesty, respect, and attention to detail. He takes pride in upholding his father's values while continuing to grow professionally.
Outside the office, Dr. Hooper enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He is the proud father of four children—Walker, Wyatt, Ainsley, and Ava—and stays active supporting their activities. He also volunteers with the local Haughton wrestling teams, a sport he participated in during high school.
Dr. Hooper is proud to serve the community that raised him and to continue the Hooper family tradition of trusted, hometown dental care.

Military service
Dr. Hooper is a Louisiana Army National Guard Major with 15 years of service, including a 2023 deployment providing dental care overseas. As a Bossier City native, he understands the schedules and priorities of military families near Barksdale AFB.
